Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Solvd Mobility for transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all reservations, whether booked via email, phone, or our online portal.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

To maintain pristine fleet availability for our core clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

  • SUVs (Escalade, Denali): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be billed at 100% of the base rate.
  • Executive Sedans (EQS): Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be billed at 100% of the base rate.
  • Hourly Standby: Multi-day or block bookings require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

3. Wait Time & Additional Charges

We provide complimentary wait time to ensure a stress-free experience:

  • Commercial Flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from actual wheels-down time.
  • Private Aviation (FBO): 45 minutes complimentary wait time from actual arrival time.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time from scheduled pickup time.

Exceeding these limits incurs wait-time charges billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's standard hourly rate.

4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited in all Solvd Mobility vehicles. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum detailing fee of $300 will be assessed for excessive cleaning requirements.

5. Confidentiality (NDA)

We recognize the sensitive nature of our clients' travel. All Solvd Mobility chauffeurs and dispatch operators are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Route histories, passenger manifests, and in-cabin conversations are held in absolute confidentiality.
