To provide secure and reliable executive transportation, we collect the following types of information:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and corporate affiliations of passengers and booking assistants.
  • Travel Itineraries: Flight tail numbers, pick-up/drop-off locations, live GPS routing telemetry, and schedule modifications.
  • Financial Data: Corporate billing addresses and encrypted payment tokenization. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for operational execution and account management:

  • To track incoming commercial and private flights for staging adjustments.
  • To dispatch chauffeurs and communicate real-time status updates via SMS/Email to the passenger or Executive Assistant.
  • To generate compliant, itemized AP invoices per client requirements.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with strict operational partners required to execute your service (e.g., secure payment gateways, encrypted dispatch software). All third-party partners are audited for SOC-2 compliance.

4. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect passenger manifests and routing data. All data at rest and in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Access to upcoming itineraries is restricted to dispatch personnel and your assigned chauffeur on a strictly need-to-know basis.

5. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
