How far in advance should we book?
For standard transfers, we recommend 24 hours notice. For Executive Standby or multi-vehicle financial roadshows, 48-72 hours is advised. However, we maintain operational buffers and can often accommodate last-minute requests within Los Angeles.
Do you offer corporate billing and Net 30 terms?
Yes. Following an initial onboarding and credit reference check, we provide corporate accounts with monthly invoicing and Net 30 terms for family offices, entertainment studios, and corporate procurement departments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard airport transfers require 4 hours' notice for a full refund. Executive Standby blocks require 24 hours' notice. Specialty vehicles or multi-car bookings may have extended cancellation windows detailed in your quote.
How does your complimentary wait time work?
We offer 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for commercial flights (from wheels-down), 45 minutes for private aviation (FBOs), and 15 minutes for standard city or hotel pickups.
